This flasher is essential to run LED indicator bulbs. LED bulbs draw only 80mA; therefore, your indicator will flash faster due to a blown bulb warning. There isn’t enough start-up current to make the mechanical relay click in a normal flasher. This fully electronic no-load flasher unit is made for LED technology and will safely drive a limitless amount of LED indicator bulbs. Ground the black wire to a body or dash ground.
Be sure you are replacing the correct part. Always refer to factory service manuals when diagnosing electrical service problems. You can damage these parts if you do not follow the proper procedures. Electrical components are non-returnable parts.
