This 1968 Corvette dash gauges, radio, and clock surround panel is chrome-plated and painted black.
In the top left of the instrument bezel is a light that reads SEAT BELTS, and below it is a push-button to cancel it.
In 1968 up to SN 12,800, the two warning lights on the passenger’s side (RH) may be either: DOOR AJAR, LOW FUEL, or a blank plate. After SN 13,723 to the end of the 1968 model, the upper light is DOOR AJAR, and the lower is WIPER O’RIDE.
