Description

The oxygen sensor detects the amount of oxygen in exhaust gases in relation to the surrounding atmosphere and then sends the signal to the E.C.M. for analysis. Failure symptoms include low voltage output or slow reaction. Perform periodic emissions checks. Replace according to the manufacturer’s specifications or every 25,000-30,000 miles.

Be sure you are replacing the correct part. Always refer to factory service manuals when diagnosing electrical service problems. You can damage these parts if you do not follow the proper procedures. Electrical components are non-returnable parts.
