Description

1971 Lare-1972 Corvette windshield wiper door actuator, with curved tube. Yellow zinc dichromate finish.

Please note that it requires some effort to manually move the threaded shaft in or out. This is normal and is nothing to be concerned about. The best way to test your actuator, prior to installing, is to attach a vacuum hose to either end of the canister. Using live engine vacuum is preferred. This vacuum source will activate the actuator and move the piston in or out, when reversing hose connection. If after you have used this method to test your actuator, it still does not perform properly, please contact our product assistance department.
